AdBlue Tank,which also called Adblue can,is an essential part of the exhaust gas treatment system in SCR diesel engine.It not only can store and filter urea aqueous solution,but also can prevent the urea aqueous solution forming icing at low temperatures.Our company have been successfully developed series of 25L,40L,etc products with our full and independent capabilities of development and design.We also began to offer bulks.

The AdBlue Tank produced in our company is made of high-density polyethylene with the way of Integrated Rotational Molding The urea sensor which is at the top of AdBlue Tank is the integration of the liquid height sensor and the heater.It can sensor the liquid's height and temperature inside the tank .In the low-temperature environment.the heater can melt the ice by using the heat of water in engine to ensure the box.A coarse filter is assembled inside the tank to prevent large granular more than 0.1mm from getting into the injection system.The plug hole is assembled at the bottom of tank to release.The sprue of the tank conforms to the European standards DIN70070 which differs from tank strudure box so as to avod additional mistakes.
